Our Basic hosting package allows for a text-based logo, which we will create for you. The Standard and Plus packages allow you to personalise your website by adding your own company logo and brand colours. Of course, with all packages, good quality photographs provided by you will always help to inject the personality of your business into your website.

There are three hosting packages – Basic, Standard and Plus. They all include free single-page web build starting with four sections, the creation of SEO metadata to help your site rank in the search engines, a HTTPS: secure facility for your URL, hosting and security backups, and one text or image update per month. No. We ask that you purchase your chosen site URL and provide us with the details, although we can provide assistance with this through GoDaddy. We also include an SSL certificate in all our hosting packages, which gives your URL a HTTPS: secure prefix and padlock icon, which is a requirement of the new GDPR laws and reassuring for website visitors.

There is no initial outlay for site build, but there is a monthly fee for quality, secure hosting, Wordfence Firewall management, site updates, a GDPR compliant Privacy Policy and more. Facebook is great for word of mouth recommendations and providing more of an introduction to those who have heard of your business. It does not, however, cater for those who are generally searching for the service or product you offer.

Each hosting plan includes a number of changes that can be made to the website. These are as follows:

Basic: 1 x text or image change per calendar month
Standard: 2 x text or image changes per calendar month
Plus: 3 x text or image changes per calendar month

We ask that required changes are emailed to us, and we will make the requested updates for you as soon as we can.
Changes are per calendar month and can not be rolled over if not used.

Text change – This includes an alteration e.g. changing existing wording, to 1 section of text within the same area of up to 3 paragraphs.
Image change – This includes replacing a single image with another or adding an additional image. This can also include any design change, including text or background colour change, adding or removing items, widget or code addition etc…

A text or Image change does not include additions to a website, for example adding graphics, images, text areas. reveal boxes, slideshows. This is charged at £20 per addition.

Additional changes above the hosting plan quota are charged at £20 per change and costs are added to the next monthly hosting invoice. We currently don't allow access to the CMS systems to clients.

Yes. Our websites are responsive, which means they are compatible with desktop, tablet and mobile devices and the content will display clearly on all different sizes of screen.

Yes, but perhaps not immediately. Our websites are Google friendly, and in all our packages, we add the various metadata (website title, description and keywords) to help your site rank in Google. Getting your site on Google is reliant on a mixture of things, from the initial website build, to your own marketing and social media.

Our websites are hosted in the UK with Siteground, which are backed up daily. We also install the Wordfence plugin for basic Firewall protection.

No. You pay us a monthly hosting charge, which you can cancel at any time.
